Goldsby Foster Care Ministry is excited to be partnering with Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children to serve vulnerable children and the families caring for them in our community. We will be hosting a training event here at the church on March 9th from 2pm-6pm focusing on Trauma Informed Care. Our speaker will be Annie Keehnn.
This is a free training for anyone in the church or community who is interested in learning more about trauma and caring for vulnerable children. Church staff, children’s center volunteers, and those interested in volunteering in the foster care ministry are highly encouraged to attend. Current foster families in attendance will receive 4 hours of annual training credit. Snacks and childcare will be provided. Register today at the link below!
